I focus and help clients on supply chain & materials management, product and garment development, after being active in the field for more than 15 years.
Throughout the last 15 years, I have seen a high level of innovation and an enormous variety of applications characterise the textile industry. In order to remain relevant in this industry we need to look at sourcing alternatives. This could be in all aspects of the supply chain. We, the Noble Achievers go further than consultancy. We are your advisors, your mentors, your sparring partner. Corporate responsibility is a mentality. A mentality that we share within our own organisation and with everyone involved in its own way. Our passion for sustainability and responsible business is deeply rooted in our DNA. Together we ensure that this also becomes part of your own way of working. Together we go for positive impact. The right balance between economic success and responsible business.
This could be with market research, sourcing strategies or production planning. It goes without saying that textile know-how and consulting services will create bigger and better productivity and returns to your business. Supplier Compliance and Governance, Audits, Supply Chain Transparency, Traceability, Visibility, and Supplier Development are the silver lining in each and every one of the goals companies should strive towards. By putting our heads together and visualising your supply chain we can not only help you think ahead but also get ahead.
Are your suppliers still living up to your standards? Have you been able to achieve your responsible sourcing goals? Does your process for realising responsible sourcing still hold true, or does it need to be tweaked? Data Visualisation and Reporting will be crucial to understand the development of your supplier base, and your own sourcing efforts, over time; across categories, projects, products, and commodities. Lets us help you identify your needs with a 2 day QuickScan of your organisation.
Your goal is for your business to remain commercially successful. In the meantime, your customers, the government and your stakeholders ask you whether you conduct your business in a sustainable and responsible manner.

I travel the world for inspiration that will breed new designs that meet our customer’s specifications. Our aim is to add value to our customer’s design teams and enhance their product, while keeping true to their brand identity.
I have asian and Portugese partners specialised in outer- and sportswear pieces. This agency provides not only fantastic, efficient service, but also a technical team, facilities, sourcing, and knowledge of the products and materials.
Knit & Woven development
I represent one of the largest production agencies in Portugal. I can offer a complete range of knits and wovens, from garments to accessories, and an integrated quality department present on each production site.
Sustainability is created at the source of our products and services. It’s created when we know who we’re buying from, where we’re buying from, and why we’re buying from them. It’s created at our suppliers.
I have over 15 years of consultancy experience in this area of business and strive to achieve the following: conscious development, empower, enable and maintain. I source customer’s needs by providing the highest quality and timely deliveries from my suppliers. The strength of me and my partners is anchored in our technical teams, facilities, sourcing, and knowledge of the products and materials. My goal is focused development within our customer’s target budget. We work with you and carry out research to understand your needs and the needs of your customers. And together with Noble achievers we can provide you with a full Noble Journey
By having a majority of the agencies I work with based in Portugal and Asia, I’m able to source production effectively and efficiently. We are able to manufacture small or big quantities in premium quality that best fit our customer’s price specifications. We provide our customers with the most suitable factories depending on their product and order.
With experienced and skilled on-site Quality Control teams, we are able to provide our partners with the visibility and control needed to measure the progress and quality of each order. Every detail is taken care of by my team.
We have experienced technicians who monitor and control the quality at factories and discuss with customers the technical developments and opportunities for gaining optimal efficiency. We ensure that all necessary tests of materials are done on time with reputable test institutes or internally.
We choose to work with Nicholas and Attias because of the great product- & production knowledge they have in making a sustainable garment with manufacturers that are specialists, who fit perfectly to our concept and the need of our customers. The eye for detail in our products distinguish us from the rest. That’s why it is so important that our manufacturers understand what we want or find solutions of how to manufacture in a commercial way. Nicholas and his team are the perfect link between us and the manufacturer in guiding us to develop & produce the perfect product with the perfect fit and with an on-time-delivery.
According to Colourful Rebel, a work day of Nicholas has 36 hours. Where does this man get his time and positive energy from? Nice to work with, has a lot of knowledge and always keeps his promises! He thinks very carefully about what suits our brand Colourful Rebel and has a huge passion for his customers. Just a very nice guy all around!
As a child I grew up in South Africa; I was born and raised in Cape Town. When I was twelve years old, my parents decided – due to the unstable political climate in the early 1990s – to move to the Netherlands. I exchanged the eternal sun, the outdoors, the mountains and the sea for a new life in the “full” Alphen aan den Rijn. At least, that’s how I experienced my new home. No more uniform but every day in a different outfit to school. A difficult period for me as a teenager.
Through my years in Cape Town I have learned to look at the world and the people around me with an open mind. And adding that value to a sustainable life cannot always be expressed in terms of money. Partly due to my studies and work in the Netherlands, I have noticed that the same actually applies to business. During an entrepreneurial meeting that I recently visited, an entrepreneur talked extensively about how sustainable his organisation is. With his story, he made it clear to me and the people around me that sustainable business and corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not necessarily require integrated business management. As long as you don’t rush into action, implement a (new) sustainable initiative step by step and keep an eye on the people around you. Once the first step has been successfully taken, the rest often follows automatically.
Sustainable entrepreneurship has become a fundamental principle in my life – both private and business – and no longer for idealism alone. I make my own sparkling water and have solar panels installed on the roof, because I am convinced that even simple actions can bring about a (small) change. If you are also commercially sustainable from the heart, you are credible for your employees, partners and customers. They gain and retain confidence in the organisation, and will eventually even become ambassadors. I also saw that happen at Italvega, the sustainable bicycle brand that I set up in 2016. “Life is all about the ride”; I firmly believe in that. Enjoy and appreciate what you have, and not just look at the outcome. If you can do something for someone today and thereby have a positive impact, why not do it?
In the current market and retail sector, it’s mostly about margin and maximum profit, and sometimes we put long relationships aside for that. That’s too bad. I believe that it is precisely those human relationships that are of great importance and that every company benefits from a sustainable existence. Ultimately, sustainability creates profit for the environment, people and the wallet!
Sustainable business often goes hand in hand with transparency and innovation. As a result, new ideas and developments get a better and faster footing on the (business) ground. The investment you make as a company may not pay for itself immediately, but it does yield new opportunities and customers who consciously choose you because of your CSR vision.
I want to help my clients to understand how they do business and which resources (water, energy and financial) they use. I see myself as a stepping stone, a push in the right direction and help from a different perspective. Because if you can guide people on the first part of the trail, you will soon see that they can find the rest of the way alone. And that’s what I do it for.
If you have any questions and need help developing or sourcing your product, please feel free to send me an email. If you don’t get an answer immediately, I might just be traveling through the middle of nowhere. I will get back to you as soon as possible with all the answers to your questions.
